Complete renovation of a mixed-use building in the city of Sofia. The building is located on 4 floors with a total gross floor area of approximately 800 sq.m. The project activities include replacement of all main installations, improvement of energy efficiency, execution of new facade system and complete renovation of the ground floor according to an interior design.
