NLV is responsible for managing the project in its full scope - from the very beginning to its successful implementation.

The building has an overall built-up area of approximately 9,500 sq.m. The main building is developed within a main one-story storage volume with a TBA of 6,500 sq.m. and a two-story administrative part with a TBA of 3,000 sq.m. The warehouse space is divided into two main functional areas – a refrigerated part consisting of two separate chambers with a temperature regime of -22 degrees and a tempered part consisting of two chambers with operating temperatures of +6-8 and +12 degrees, respectively. A racking system was built in the main storage area, suitable for storing pallets and large sized products.
